THANK YOU for RUINING CHRISTMAS for my beautiful girls, you made a promise to deliver on time to make the sale. Through your own incompetence you break your promise to deliver on time and think delivery after Christmas is acceptable. What was supposed to be an amazing time with my princesses whom i rarely see you have duly wrecked!! Considering I live on a farm one cannot even try compensate for your pathetic incompetence by getting to a mall and purchase gifts. I will spend every chance I get ruining your reputation the same way you have my Christmas. After numerous calls trying to sort this you just make idle empty promises.

Update: 27 Dec. Even the dates you promised to deliver after the ones you messed up you cant honor. I will publish the name of every agent that I spoke to that blatantly **** to me about delivery. Bonnie manager, you were the worst, like a wolf in sheeps clothing. Lies, lies and more lies. My girls heading back to CT and still no Christmas gifts thanks to your total lack of competence.
