Total garbage online seller

I bought a brand new laptop on Takealot in October. In May, it just stopped working. I was told that there's nothing I can do as Takealot will not assist with returning a product that has a manufacturer defect after 7 months. I have now lost R8000 due to this. They are of no use and I'll never use Takealot again after spending thousands on their site prior to it.
