Total Chaos at Takealot

I really like having Takealot around, but I'm lately very worried that their disorganization is cutting into their bottom-line and going to cause them to liquidate. For example, I ordered their special, a pack of eight gas canisters, and paid for 3 packs - i.e. 24 gas canisters. So they delivered just 6-canisters. I notified them and they collected the 6, promising to deliver the three packs (24 canisters). Then they delivered 8 canisters (1-pack). I notified them that they still owed me 16. So they delivered another 8. I notified them that they still owe me 8. So now they have sent someone to collect the 8???!?!?! Who knows if/when I will ever get my complete order. And its not as if the maths is particularly difficult - 3x8=24. So in the process of getting me my order, Takelot have employed their delivery service to do 5 trips so far, when one would have sufficed, and they still need to do another. This total lack or organisation is very worrying. I would like them to stick around, but if this is how they operate, how long can they stay afloat?
