Total Chaos

I have been purchasing from them for a while, no issues. This time it has become a nightmare. They put the wrong address, hence started a long battle which has still not been resolved. Once something goes wrong with your order, you are in a very difficult situation. Not only do you not get your order, or part order, you have to keep chasing them to find out why? I have failed to get a refund from them. Finally they credited my account with them for only part of the amount I paid them, which means I still have to buy something else from them and not get a full refund to my own bank account. 18 emails not counting the ones I have deleted asking what I think of their service and others, but no progress. Phone is constantly engaged. If only they would refund he full amount to my bank, we could go our separate ways. Never, ever again will I buy from them. I hope someone senior from Takealot will call me, give me a full refund so this matter can be laid to rest.
