TOTAL *******!!!!AVOID AT ALL COST

I bought an electric blanket with them (biggest mistake of my life) it started giving problems so I booked a return.

After assessment they told me that my blanket is faulty I can choose between a replacement or a refund.

I asked EXPLICITLY that before I choose, I want to know how the refund will be processed as I purchased it with Mobicred more then 2 years ago and my Mobicred account is nou closed!!

I never received a response from take alot at all. I just received a email saying my refund is successfully processed. I logged in to the app just to see it's been send to mobicred. I emailed the support and all they tell me its my problem to get my money back they won't assist, I attached my original email where I showed that I asked first how it will be processed BEFORE i choose between a replacement or refund and they never responded. To which take a lot again responded that it's not their problem my account is closed I must sort it out myself. I've lost my blanket and money worth R1200.00 and take a lot just don't give a damn
