Top Gun Maverick

I bought the new Top Gun Maverick Blue Ray DVD from Takealot as a Christmas present. 1. On the 26th of December 2022, I informed you the DVD does not play on 3 of my devices. 2. You collected the DVD - only to inform me its past the 7 day return policy - CHRISTMAS PRESENT! 3. You escalated this matter, and came back with NO POSITIVE feedback, but instead returned the DVD to me. 4. When I asked you to inform me on which Blueray Player this works - you had NO answers. 5. Why did you not test this product and come back with a list of answers? Almost R700.00 later and a DVD that does not load to play.
