Took my money but never delivered our order. Refuse to refund money.

Ordered a Hisense freezer from takealot on the 27th November 2024. Up untill today all the call centre can tell me is that they escalated the query, but they refuse to cancel my order and refund my money. Although I did not even receive what I paid for. I will never make use of of rakealot ever again. Fair enough to call them *****s as they took my money but never delivered what I paid for.
