Took money but refuse to deliver

On 28 June 2020 I bought 3 different sized food storage containers. I wanted 5 of each, but one item would not allow me to add 5 items in my basket so I only added 4 into my basket. Immediately after my order was placed that particular item became sold out. on 02 July 2020 my order arrived with 3 items missing. When I checked my order details it shows that the 3 outstanding items will only be delivered in September.

I emailed takealot to ask where the rest of the items are and why they would only be delivered in September I was that they were out of stock. I asked why they didn't bother to tell me that they were out of stock prior delivery. All I got was if I can not wait they will refund me. I then received another email to day this is private stock from overseas and there's a high possibility that they might not receive the same item! if they are not going to get the same stock what exactly are they going to deliver! They claim that they are out of stock but the other item still shows that there's stock available!
