TOO MANY EMAILS!
My package was scheduled to be delivered to my office on the Monday.<br> The delivery guy delivered the wrong package (someone's else package) to me.<br> I then immediately phoned takealot and they have logged it and will get someone to collect.<br> My original package was then delivered and the wrong package was then collected.<br> <br> After this I have been receiving NON STOP phonecalls and emails takealot about cancelling orders, delivering orders and collecting orders. <br> <br> I have REPEATEDLY asked them to stop harassing me and yet another 5 emails were received this morning about my package that I HAVE received 2 WEEKS AGO!<br> <br> Please stop guys! ENOUGH! I have my package and I am very happy!<br> But this harrassment is enough now!

We've instructed our complaints team to liaise with our returns department to make sure any open requests on your profile are concluded so that you don't receive any further e-mail notifications.
They'll also further investigate the number of e-mails that were sent to you with our tech department and will make the necessary changes if anything seems out of place.
Once again we apologise for the inconvenience and will do our best to get this straightened out ASAP.
