Too big to handle???

Hi<br> I am just reminding you that at one stage you had the best customer service team, which you don't have anymore. <br> <br> You became so big due to your customer service. <br> Now that yourll are big you have forgotten what took yourll there, your customer service team don't care, as long as they make it sound like something is being done they are satisfied. <br> Till now I could tell yourll what time I will be available to accept a delivery, and you used to generally keep to those times. <br> Now when I send the exact same request I am told that you have too many orders, thus you cannot accommodate any delivery requests. <br> In the past you used to call me before every delivery to request an appropriate time to deliver, that stopped, now even if I make a request it cannot be accomodated. <br> <br> Hope you enjoy being big, once you become small again then yourll might put your customers first. <br> <br> The only reason I buy from you used to be convenience, but that is also now no more found. I really regret referring so many people who never knew about online shopping to buy from yourll. <br> <br> Thanks for the excellent service in the past. <br> From an ex customer(after I accept this delivery, if there is someone to do so)
