Too big to contact with the customer

I paid R120 for same day delivery around 12PM. The next day was a public holiday and the app confirmed that same day (20 March 2019) delivery was possible. As the day went on checked teh status and the order wasn't even processed or made ready to ship. I couldn't call or email customer care because this is no longer an option with Takelot.com. The next day was a public holiday and my shipping address is my work address, the reason for me choosing same day delivery. So I wasn't available to accept my order on Thursday, 21 March, meaning that I now am waiting 2 days for a same day delivery which I paid for. Shocking service as I wasn't even contacted to inform me about what's happening.
