To return or not.- a Takealot Saga

I normally have a GREAT experience with takealot, but they have seriously dropped the ball on this one. We ordered two ceiling fans with lights. One broke after a week. We then returned it, only to have takealot send it back. We the returned it AGAIN, only to be informed that we had to return BOTH fans as we bought them as part of a 2 fan deal. The single fan was then returned to us AGAIN. We then returned BOTH fans, only to be informed by takealot that the return was a fan short ????? Really bad service on this one. (REF: MRRN-T5X74-BO7E). This is no way to convince South Africans to buy from you instead of Temu or Amazon......
