To long to deliver

Takealot take 7 days to deliver a printer.

I asked if i could go collect it from the cape town warehouse.

Takealot reply : No

So i couldent even go get it earlier if i tried. Also cant cancel order. Only can return when it arrives.

Why cant takealot deliver a printer within a couple of days.
