Title is long but descriptive.

I bought a Stainless steel pot (Bon Voyage - 100Litre Stainless Steel Capsule Sandwich Bottom 50cm Stockpot - 40 cm) through Takealot. I received it and used it once. Rust staines formed on the inside on the bottom of the pot. I returned and they replaced it. The replacement came and it was dented at the bottom. I returned and they replaced. I received the new one and used it last week to cook fruit. After I used it I washed it and it was AGAIN full of rust spots. I took photos of the whole pot and returned it within all the stipulations according to the policy. They rejected the return because it was dented on the bottom. THAT WAS NOT MY DOIING AS CAN BE PROVEN THROUGH THE PHOTOS. They dont care how it happened or the fact why I was returning the pot does not matter, they refuse to refund. Why must I be outoff pocket for something I did not do. They are the one telling they are selling good quality product wich is clearly not the case as can be seen through my correspondence. I feel cheated and do not trust them to do business again.
