Timely Delivery of orders is RUBISH

Takealot delivery service is **** utter RUBISH! its now taking more than 2 weeks to deliver a product? I have been waiting for a product for delivery. Maybe I am the only one experiencing this on few occasions now its taken more than 7 days to deliver products.
