Time-wasting and very inconvenient incorrect delivery

Courier delivered items which were not for me. He refused to take them back. So I waited, but nothing happened. So after week I managed to contact them - unfriendly web site with no contact details. For three weeks now they have been wasting my time with many emails but not making good on the collection. Looks like I am going to keep the good they delivered incorrectly.
