Time wasting
I have recently made a purchase(order no.***) from [URL Removed] and I received the worse service possible. <br> I received and email saying that my order was delivered but it was not received by any one at my working place or by me. I then made an enquiry about my order that was paid for and they informed me that my order was delivered and received by someone I don't know. When I called in they said that they will follow up with the delivery service which is Mr delivery, I received no feedback so I decided to call Mr delivery myself , Once again they I did not receive any feedback from them as well. Bottom line you messed up with my delivery which never arrived on time ,then said you would fix it by getting the item to me by 3 o clock the same day (Which you did not do). So now I decided to cancel the order and must wait for my refund 2-3 days?, Who is at fault here? I see similar complaints regarding delivery issues and time frames BUT NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT!!!! Just a response saying you sorry about the bad experience. Stop being sorry about things and change the way you do things. You wasted my time , all the money I had to use to call you guys all day.

This is beyond disappointing to hear. We're the first to say we're not perfect and that mistakes are made, but we most certainly always try to & are more often than not able to make up for it by correcting the wrong straight away. The fact that we failed to do so after you've raised the issue with us and we promised to correct the matter is totally unacceptable & we know that no apology will make up for the time & efforts wasted.
Our complaints team is back at 8am tomorrow morning & we'll make sure to update them on the matter to address it as top priority.
