TIME WASTED - THEN ACCUSING ALL IS NOT THERE

Good day, <br> <br> Firstly the service of Takelot is bad. I order a phone need to pay immediately but it takes for you 2 weeks and more for delivery. Then you cancel and I order another phone that only work for 1 week. Then after collections of 3 days you accuse me the earphones is not in the box? That it was in the box. The phone is on top on the box and underneath is the earphones (carton) that I put myself inside.<br> <br> Then for refund I need to wait another 5 days! but my money was good enough to take immediately and the mean time i do not have a phone because of this bad service!!!
