Time to shop elsewhere

So you know how pictures sell better then words....I was shopping on the TAKEALOT website and found this deal on Drone accessories...picture showed everything i was looking for...I immediately added to my cart...bought vouchers and completed the sale...I later found out that while the picture showed 2 batteries the description below stated 1 battery...I contacted Takealot who blamed the supplier... they immediately took the page down..Gave me the impression that this is not an isolated incident..I asked Takealot to engage with this supplier to either give me the 2 batteries or at least give me a discount on the 2nd battery...Takealot advised that the supplier said they were not prepared to do neither..i said I was not happy....Takealot then advised me that the order was cancelled as the supplier did not have stock...It took takealot 7 days to found out that there no stock..all the while with my cash..Takealot has since credited my account and of cos this credit can only be used at takealot...They just don't loose...Its no wonder they only have 1 star rating on this site by all other customers on the receiving end of their service
