Time, effort and money wasted on countless returns

Hi.

I have over this year made many orders to takealot. Different items. Various products etc. However have had an overwhelming amount of bad experiences with products. From the products being badly or incorrectly advertised to the most common issue being faulty or damaged products. I have been ordering from takealot for years.

However. The last order I received was the last straw. The heater I bought. Arrived damaged with the damaged parts nicely half glued together and clearly damaged. I have once again logged a return for this. Iam extremely unhappy with this. Not only was the box slightly damaged. The polystyrene inside broken up. But also the physical product broken. I am aware that there is now no stock of this item which irritates me even more as I bought it on special and hoped for a really quick seamless experience. However. Now I will more than likely be refunded for this. Have lost out on the special and cannot get the item I so badly wanted.

The long list of items that I have returned over and over are really becoming ridiculous at this point and have made me second guess buying from this company. I have chosen to always return the items myself as it takes too long to process a return if it is collected from me. However. The amount of money and time I have spent driving to collect and almost every time return and then recollect the item has just gotten out of control. I am not happy with the service I have received and the quality of the items time and time again.

I don't know what can be done about this. However. I am unsure buying from takealot is even worthwhile anymore. It's not okay to have to returned this many items. My last order was order number ********** 3 if you wish to check my profile out. I want this exchange actioned and dealt with quickly and easily. I no longer want to run back and forth for a company which should have gotten it right the first time. I am extremely unhappy with this.
