Ticket 500 87 849 (Black & Decker Steam mop)

Note, this review is specifically for 1 order that was returned and rejected.

On December 22, I returned a Black and Decker Steam mop that after 4x uses has become defective. I logged the return and then emailed Takealot with a video link showing how it was not functioning properly.

The return team rejected it, and it was returned to me on December 29th. They clearly had not watched the video. Since then, I've logged a ticket with Customer Service and followed up several times. Several of the Customer service agents have viewed the video and agreed that something is wrong. They also have had no feedback from the returns team as to why the return was rejected.

I'm tired of waiting and calling, this is ridiculous!

Takealot, I've been a customer for 18 months and have done over 35 orders (most of which were 3 or more items). Can we please resolve this swiftly, I'd like to revise this review in a positive way!
