In January I bought a coffee grinder via takealot and it worked fine. However after doing a very co**** grind it got stuck. I contacted Takealot and the item was collected the next day. After 2 days I was informed the grinder would be replaced and it was actually delivered on a Sunday, less than a week after I put in the claim. Well done, that is the way to best the competition.
