Three months, no refund yet😕

I returned a webcam in July 2021, I received an confirmation email that the parcel was received at the Malmesbury branch. I have not received a fund return or anything yet, even though I have contacted takealot a few times and have written a report on Hello Peter before. When will this be sorted?
