Thousands of Rands in E-Bucks lost buying from Takealot

A warning to all clients that use E Bucks with FNB when buying from Takealot. Did you know that Takealot cannot recognize your e-bucks on your profile/account and that for every order placed with Takealot, you must manually select the e-bucks button and enter your ID number? If you do not do this with every order, you will not receive one cent in e-bucks. I wonder how many know about this. I would have thought that with the technology available, and having an account with Takealot with login details, at least Takealot will recognize that I am an e-bucks user and give me credit on every order if I loaded my e-bucks information one time. I wonder how many people have lost thousands of rands due to this manual cave-like BC system.
