This year the worst experience with delivery - I will no longer buy from TAL

Logged a return for a wireless keyboard on 26 July 2018 that stopped working after 1 month. I provided my contact details as the number has changed and no one has called me to collect. I see on the website the status changed to return concluded but I still have the product.
