This, was, my, last, take a less, order

Ordered items and paid extra delivery for same day delivery. Then got an email that the items will be delivered after a week only. So I then requested a cancellation, since I cant wait 7 days for something that was showed to be in stock, same day delivery. I was informed that because of some status I should wait for the delivery, then reject, then I will get a refund. So I waited the week, rejected twice, after 2 delivery attempts - each time contacting takealot (and confirmed to the driver) to return and not reschedule. I eventually got my credit, with R100 short. I've send 4 support / email requests already, with no response. Also tried to call, but you stay on hold for forever. Now this is a nice way to make money in 2022 hey. Oh btw, second time I am ordering something in stock wfor same day delivery then only to be notified afterwards I have to wait 7-10 days.
