This is what customer service should be!

I see so many negative reviews for takealot, but my experience with the George branch has never been anything but exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly, and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. An especially warm shout-out to Farouq who once again showed me that customer service still exists! Keep up the good work :)
