This is the worst customer service ever!!!

On the 23rd of July 2024, I purchased an item for my grandchildren in London Order #*** it was a wooden tower game, when it arrived in London, and they opened the box they found that the instructions were in mandarin and all the cards was in mandarin, I wrote a review on the Takealot website and to date I have not received a response, I am unable to return the item because they will only be able to bring it in October. they do not respond to the customers reviews. This is the worst customer service ever!!!
