This is shocking and unacceptable and very Unprofessional.

Good day I am very unhappy with Take a Lot. I ordered some goods and received my delivery date for Monday 25/03/2024. No order was delivered so i went on my app and saw orders was delivered and sighed for by me. I went onto my camaras and had a look at the time they say delivery was delivered and sighed for. There was nobody. So i went onto the app again and send an email. No response or outcome . This is shocking and unacceptable and very Unprofessional. I hope to hear from them soon..
