This is a ZERO rating for Takealot.com! I want my order TODAY!!

I am so disappointed with the service I've received from takealot in relation to 3 of my past orders including my current one. Takealot has options for delivery and I chose "same day" delivery yesterday for various reasons and my order was not delivered. I still haven't received an sms stating that the order will be delivered today and no one can get hold of the ****** Midrand branch. I NEED MY ORDER TODAY!!! There are reasons we choose certain dates for delivery and they've wasted my time. I don't care about being refunded! It's not about the stupid R95.00 delivery fee, it's about the service and the expectations set by your business! No more! Amazon where are you already!
