This company does not put clients needs first !

I am struggling with Takealot and the their deliveries ... ‘How is it that on your website my order is marked as delivered but here I am curious as to who received my package because it wasn’t me ... .. no one signed for it ? I see a lot of customers are complaining about delivery. Just before Christmas... i tried phoning but thats just wasting airtime and valuable time . ‘ that is the message I posted on Takealots’ facebook . I spend almost R2000 on a toddler bed and it is just missing . We live on a farm and we always get out packages delivered in town at The spar , and they have no record of sining for a delivery that big ... they don’t answering calls and from the looks of it no emails either
