Third time delivery has to be rerouting/rescheduled

My experience with takealot has been good overall, but for the last 3 orders I have placed (over 2 months) either takealot or the courier have been messing up. For each order the day of the scheduled delivery comes and my order is updated with "Parcel arrived at incorrect courier facility. We're rerouting it. Delivery will be rescheduled." This isn't earth shattering, but it certainly is inconvenient. I can understand it happening once or twice, but by this third time I'm annoyed enough to leave this review. Even more annoying is that takealot doesn't provide an email address to contact/complain.
