Think twice before you Takealot

It has now been 26 days since I placed my order for a 3G Tablet and more than 3 weeks since the incorrect WIFI tablet was delivered. It still has not been collected, although I have been advised about collection dates that have come and gone and I have since been advised that the item I ordered is out of stock. <br> <br> I have now bought the correct product from Game and I was quite happy to pay a bit more to get it within 5 minutes of walking into the store. I however still have the WIFI tablet and therefore have not been refunded. I expect a few more calls and promised collection and refund dates to pass.<br> <br> They are quite happy to sell you lots of products and advertise great deals daily, but when they get it wrong (and they do), don't expect much service or feedback and be sure that it will TAKEALOT of your time, energy, calls, emails and frustration before you get anywhere.
