Think twice before sending products to Takelot.com to sell, especially storage fees

From what started as an exciting product launch with Takelot.com, to a horiffic experience in overcharging and non responsive customer support.

As a new trader, I had sent 5 items to Takelot.com. These were sold out and I was asked to send another 30, to each warehouse. CPT and JHB. Besides the normal percentage charge, Takelot.com has a:

1. Success fee - per item

2. Handling fee - per item

3. Subscription fee R 150

4. Storage fee - charged per item, repeatedly - goes into thousands

I thought Groupon were bad, squeezing me to smallest margins when it came to products, but these guys take ****bag behaviour to a whole new level. Once your stock is in, you can never get it out. Deal of the Day, nope you can't get that. I filled in those forma s few times. Hello rol***** storage and subscription fees! Not sure for what, because there has been no service provided. I will not deal with the Cohen family and their companies again.
