Think twice about ordering a DVD from Takealot.

<p>I have always enjoyed ordering DVD's from takealot until this year (2017) The dvd's are not compatible with your devices unless your divice is American. I had to return the dvd that I was SO looking forward to watching as it was a series. They collected the dvd from my house for a refund. BUT its been 8 days and still NO REFUND! I struggled to find their customer care contact number and when I called them the assistant told me that their was a "glitch" and they still had not refunded the money or bothered to contact me. So if I had not called them they would have happily sat with my money! Now they have promised to try and refund me again...So lets see, I am very dissapointed to say the least.</p>
