A whole ****!!! I placed on order for a rug which was scheduled for delivery June 04.May 25 i received notification my order would be delayed to June 10,then suddenly the date changed again to May 29.May 28 an sms was sent that I'd get my order the 29th but nothing came through,no sms or call as you'd normally get the day of delivery. I decided to check my account which stated the item was delivered at 05:06 in the morning however with no information of the person who signed for it.I've emailed, I've been on their Twitter page and my posts get ignored. They don't have a business phone number as well and hide behind email correspondence from their feedback is delayed or you don't receive it at all.Their consultants Ghadeejah S and Crystal Saban are indifferent and dismissive. I'm LIVID!!!
