Horrible service for takelot, they sell products that do not work first of all, second of all, I sent my item that does not work back to them and I am still waiting for my credit, they have sent me an email stating my credit has been added to my account and when I see it says I have a credit of 0, I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received. On top of all of that when you try phone their customer service line no one answers, how can a company of this size be so unprofessional.
