I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses on black friday and instead was delivered wireless earphones last week Wednesday . Takealot did not have any more stock of the glasses and I therefore lost the discount that I could have gained at other retailers on Black friday> Takelot offered no solution to this. The earphones were collected last week Thursday and I was told it would take 2 - 3 days to reach the warehouse after which I will be refunded (this can take up to 7 days). The ware house has till not received the package and I have not been told when they will. It was been 9 days since advising them of their mistake and I am no closer to getting my money back. They have not put any effort to resolve this situation, they have also ignored my previous post on this site. If you want to buy something off takelaot I would think again as you might not receive the correct product and in that case you will be out of pocket for weeks.
