Thierry Mugler Aura Perfume Refill

My husband purchased an item that is displayed on the takealot.com website Mugler 100ml Aura EDP Bottle (Parallel Import) R 1,499R 1,799i16% OFF Sold by Storafrica - Fulfilled by Takealot When I opened the gift on Valentine's day we noticed that the bottle in the box is actually the refill bottle, complete with the little green spout to refill your bottle. The bottle in the box has no form of spray mechanism, it is simply a ***** top. Although we have sent the photographs and all the details (original packaging available), the customer services team insists that the importers has assured them that this is not the refill bottle, even though it clearly states it on the box. We communicated this with customer services the minute the item was opened on the 14th of February, and to date this has not been resolved. I am willing to send the item back for customer services to satisfy themselves with the contents that was sent to us.
