<p>I ordered a laptop on 22 December 2016 AND paid the xtra money to have it delivered within 2 days. Needless to say the laptop was never delivered and now they claimed the payment was rejected. Yet the money is off my account. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that Takealot received the money. Now takealot don't return my e-mails, they don't return my calls.</p> <p>The people i spoke to since 22 December 2016 :</p> <p>Chuma Mguca - just kept on maileing me back "Please be advised that with your bank it takes 3-5 working das for the funds to reflect. therefore there is nothing we can do on our side"</p> <p>Loyiso Mlambisa - same as above</p> <p>I've send them proof of payments, the notification i get via e-mail and sms, and my full bank statement to prove that the money is off my account and not refunded - they responded - not valid proof of payment.</p> <p>WHAT MORE CAN I DO????????</p> <p> </p> <p>I NEED my money back. Fast!!!!! R7 604.00 - that's a hellavu lot of money. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are *****s!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please advice what do i do now??
