Takealot will take you for a ride. I spoke to a number of consultants. Shereen, Mpho, Mariska and Terisha. Explaining the same thing and no one is trying to help me.

Firstly my order came was missing an item. I was told to return the order so the proper order can be delivered again. I did just that and takealot no longer had the items for sale and credited my account. However they only credited my account for one item instead of two of my items, so they basically ripped me of a whole R500.
