They take your money but do not deliver your goods

Its been 5days now,struggling to get my money back.The took my money and never delivered my goods ordered,over R800.they do not respond on any emakls or complaints.They take your money but they dont deliver all the goods,its called theft hey.Be carefull,if they dont deliver your goods,it seems like you will never get your money back.They have zero customer care or service,I had to consult with a legal team to assist me as takealot is unresponsive for 5days since i have informed them that all my goods was not received.they took my money and refuse to refund me for the amount of goods that they failed to deliver.
