They take resonsibility for the products they sell, and is thus dependable

I've often purchased products from Takealot, and had no problems. Delivery is always swift, and packaging good.

Recently, thought, I bought something that, upon receiving it, I realized that the quality was quite poor, in that the product really did not live up to its adverti*****t. I could not use it for what I bought it (Takealot is a reseller so the onus on adverti*****t probably lies with the supplier.) I contacted Takealot and said that I would like to return it. They immediately arranged for a return courier (at their cost), and refunded my money as soon as they had received the product.

I'll continue to buy from them, because I now know for sure that they take full responsibility for what they sell, while there are other online businesses who are willing to refund problematic products, but the buyer then has to fit the bill for the return courier cost and thus end up losing money on a bad deal.
