They ***** your items sent for repairs

Sent my television back because it stopped working. Was under warranty so they fixed my television. Confirmed it was fixed and asked for my delivery address. Waited 2 weeks to be informed the television is not being sent back and I was given credit that is way below the amount needed to replace my television. No one knows where my television is and if I ask anything they close my inquiry.
