They sent me wrong product and won’t rectify

I ordered period panties and was sent normal panties that had no added layers. I had previously ordered the same panties but a different size and had received them correctly. Now on this 2nd order they sent me non period panties and are now forcing me to take them or forfeit my money. Your policy on non returnable items cannot apply when you have sent an incorrect item. I have lodged a complaint and they adamant they won’t send me the correct order. Appalled by the poor service Takealot is giving. This is the 2nd time I am experiencing such with this establishment, maybe Takealot has become too big and profitable to treat long standing customers.
