They send the wrong order and have not send my my right order

Take alot send me gin glasses instead of my Oxford dictionary they gracefully came to collect there gin glasses that they mistakenly added to my order however they where no ever so graceful to refund me for my Oxford dictionary or send my my dictionary that I ordered must my 8 year old look at works from gin glasses after they came to collect there gin glasses they ignore me about my dictionary I was honest and told them they send me the wrong order and yet they rob me of my hard earn money and they have no idea how to read email instructions I told them clearly I never reviewed my Oxford dictionary and they cannot read clear English I was a supporter of take alot I won be anymore you can contact me on *** to fix this mess
