They rejected my review

This product came to me looking used. Submitted a return same day, took it back the next day and I was told they cannot take their subpar product back and I feel ******. Besides the fact that it looked used, it is extremely small. The hair looks like they put together leftover hair from the factory floor. More than anything, the treatment from Takealot about this case leaves a bitter taste.
