They refused to exchange or refund me.

I ordered a double bed headboard, and they delivered a single bed headboard. I requested for an exchange & they kept on rescheduling the pick up of my return for the longest time, until it was over 3 months. Then I got an email that my return is expired. So just like that I remained with a wrong size headboard, I feel like I wasted my money because it doesn’t fit and so cant use it.
