They lost my package and never refunded me.

I returned a package, that was not at all the product i ordered, in December 2025 and 2 months later they still haven’t refunded me on it because they lost the package in their warehouse. Extremely negligent and disorganised business. Used to be an avid user, but this completely ruined it for me. Would NEVER recommend anyone to use them.
