They **** customer!!! Horrible shopping experience on Takealot

Horrible experience with takealot shopping, I purchased 2 items on last week. The courier only gave me one parcel and I have never received my 2nd parcel and the most ridiculous thing is takealot already marked my order is done!! Therefore, I even can't select refund my money back...And I tried to contact customer service they keep saying we are doing our best to follow up... but no one gives me a real help!! This is the worst shopping experience ever!!! Takealot did a really poor service with parcel tracking and now I don't know where can I claim my money.....
